Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our services, process, and practice.
Understanding Our Services
Mediation is a structured process where a neutral professional helps disputing parties reach a voluntary agreement. Unlike therapy, mediation focuses on specific disputes (family, business, workplace) rather than emotional healing. Counseling addresses personal emotional well-being, while coaching focuses on future goals and performance.
Our services serve individuals, couples, families, business partners, and organizations. Whether you're navigating a divorce, workplace dispute, business partnership conflict, or seeking personal growth through coaching, Wasata has specialized practitioners for your needs.
This varies by case complexity. Simple disputes may resolve in 2–4 sessions of 2 hours each. Complex family or commercial cases may take 6–10 sessions. We always prioritize quality over speed to ensure durable agreements.
