Our Commitment to Confidentiality
Confidentiality is not just a legal obligation at Wasata Consulting — it is a core professional value. Every person who walks through our doors (or joins us online) deserves to speak freely, knowing their words will never leave the room without their permission.
What We Keep Confidential
- Everything shared during mediation sessions, including private caucuses
- All coaching and counseling session content
- Your identity as a client
- Any documents, messages, or materials you share with us
- Any agreements reached during mediation (unless both parties consent to disclosure)
Exceptions
In rare circumstances, confidentiality may be limited by law — for example, where there is an immediate risk of serious harm to a person, or where a court order compels disclosure. We will always inform you of any such situation to the extent we are legally permitted to do so.
Secure Communication
For sensitive correspondence, we offer end-to-end encrypted communication via Protonmail. Please contact us to arrange this for your case.
Professional Standards
Our practitioners are bound by the ethical codes of the International Mediation Institute (IMI) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), both of which hold strict confidentiality standards.
