1. Services

Wasata Consulting provides mediation, coaching, counseling, and training services. All services are subject to a separate service agreement signed prior to commencement.

2. Appointments

Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session rate. No-shows are charged in full.

3. Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely via Mollie, an EU-regulated payment provider.

4. Confidentiality

All session content is strictly confidential. We will not disclose any information shared during sessions to third parties without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wasata Consulting is not liable for decisions made by clients as a result of coaching, counseling, or mediation. Our practitioners provide professional guidance — final decisions remain with clients at all times.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation before any court proceedings — consistent with our practice and values.
